Brownie Milkshake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 brownies cut into chunks (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch of salt

Optional toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Crushed brownie pieces
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Add the brownie chunks, vanilla ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the milkshake is too thick, add a splash of milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate flavor by adding more chocolate syrup if needed.
  • Pour into tall glasses and top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or extra brownie crumbles if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips for the Best Brownie Milkshake

Use fudgy brownies rather than cakey ones for the richest flavor and creamiest texture. Slightly stale brownies actually blend better and give a deeper chocolate taste.
Start with less milk and add more gradually. This helps you control how thick the milkshake turns out.
For an extra indulgent flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla or add a spoonful of cocoa powder.
